Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and god55my ("Platform", "us"). 2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

god55my reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or e-wallet screenshot. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary account suspension.

Deposit Rules

god55my accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept payments from third parties.
• god55my does not charge any deposit processing fees, however third-party payment service providers may have their own charges.
• Any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegitimate sources of funds will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Rules

god55my processes withdrawals through the same methods as deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, and crypto.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM100.
• Processing time: 10 to 45 minutes once verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the deposit, as a security measure.
• Withdrawal requests made while an identity verification process is ongoing may be delayed until verification is complete.
• god55my reserves the right to hold withdrawals that require additional review for fraud prevention purposes.

If there is a discrepancy between the name of the withdrawal recipient and the name on the registered account, god55my reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving the transaction.

5.2 VIP Cashback Programme

Active members are eligible for the god55my VIP programme with four tiers and weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher tier depends on betting activity and the member's loyalty to the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own terms and validity period as stated in the respective promotion description.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.
• god55my reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.

Betting Conduct

All god55my members are required to bet in accordance with the established guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting god55my customer service via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.

10.2 Termination by god55my

god55my reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• The member breaches any provision of this Agreement.
• The account is found to have been registered by an underage individual or using another person's identity.
• Identity verification cannot be completed within the stipulated timeframe.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The god55my platform operates under a valid international licence. This Agreement is interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is registered. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement are subject to the dispute resolution mechanism established by the relevant regulatory authority.
